1. How long do I have to return my order?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

The product must be either new or only slightly used . It should be returned in its original packaging.

We currently deliver within United Kingdom. Expansion to other countries is under consideration.

The estimated delivery time is 6-9 working days (Monday to Friday).

After purchase, you will receive an email with shipping details , including the shipping provider and tracking number.

13. What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
All shipments are insured . If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service.

Please report any missing items to our customer service within 7 days of receiving your shipment . We will resolve them promptly.
